Help clean up our language, support New Rep, and win free tickets!
You can do all of these things at once by contributing to our Swear Jar Campaign. Here’s how and why:
Playwright (and former Newton resident) David Mamet is known for using more than a few choice words in his writing, and Speed-the-Plow is no exception - there’s nearly one swear per minute! The cast requests that you help them atone for their language by making a contribution to New Rep’s Swear Jar.
New Rep really wants you to help us clean up this act, so if your audience collectively contributes $150, one person will win a pair of free tickets to New Rep’s 2010 Gala.
That’s 75 bad words x $2/per foul word = $150!
