New Repertory Theatre’s Box Office is located in the lobby of the Mosesian Center for the Arts at 321 Arsenal Street in Watertown, MA and is happy to assist patrons with subscription and single ticket purchases.
Box Office Hours
During the season, the Box Office is open both in person and via telephone from noon to 5pm, Tuesday – Saturday. On performance days, the Box Office is open from noon until the show begins. The Box Office is closed on Sundays and Mondays unless there is a performance.
Types of Payment
Our Box Office accepts cash, checks, and major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Patrons who supply their email address will receive an email receipt of purchase. New Repertory Theatre does not share email addresses.
New Rep is committed to keeping ticketing fees as low as possible and transparent to our patrons. Each ticket incurs an Mosesian Center for the Arts facility fee and a handling fee. We also offer the opportunity to mail tickets to patrons’ homes for an additional fee.
Single Ticket Exchanges
Non-subscriber tickets are final sales and may not be exchanged.
New Rep offers Premium (weekend), Regular (weekday), and Preview ticket prices. The MainStage Theater includes Tier A and Tier B. The Black Box Theater will offer reserved seating in the 2017-2018 season.
New Rep offers a variety of ticket discounts. Please confirm the discount when making your purchase. Some discounts may change from season to season.

StageSource Circle of Friends Card – applicable for 2-for-1 tickets to the first week of each play’s run and for all Friday performances.
EBT cardholders – applicable for free tickets for two adults and two children once per production.
New Rep encourages the introduction of young audiences to the theatre. Children under 14 must have a parent/guardian with them during performances. Some plays may contain strong language and/or mature themes. Babes-in-arms are not permitted in the theatre during performances.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management, in the most easily accessible seats, in order to minimize distractions to audience and performers.
Photography, videography, and audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the theatre.
The Mosesian Center for the Arts sells beverages and snacks prior to each performance. Cash payments, please.
