2011-2012 Season Audtions
New Repertory Theatre will be holding children’s auditions for its upcoming production of A Christmas Story, directed by Diego Arciniegas on Friday September 16th from 4-6pm at the Arsenal Center for the Arts in Watertown. New Rep seeks young girls and boys between the ages of 7 and 12 years old to play Flick, Schwartz, Scut Farkas, Randy, Helen, and Esther Jane. Parents wishing to have their child audition should email Artistic and Education Associate, Bridget O’Leary at bridgetoleary@newrep.org. Below is a detailed rehearsal and performance schedule. Your child must be available to attend all rehearsals and performances for this production.
The show begins rehearsing on November 18th (taking the 24th and 25th off for Thanksgiving) and runs December 11th thru the 24th. Rehearsals will take place from 3-7pm during the weekdays and 10-6pm on the weekends. We typically rehearse Tuesdays-Sundays. Below is the performance schedule complete with TBA performances (which we will try and let you know about at least a week in advance).
