Meet New Rep's New Artistic Director, Kate Warner at New Rep's Open House—August 20, 2009

New Repertory Theatre, in residence at the Arsenal Center for the Arts, is pleased to announce that it will be holding an Open House on Thursday, August 20, 2009 from 5pm to 8pm.
Attendees will be able to meet Kate Warner, New Rep’s new Artistic Director, catch a sneak peak of New Rep’s upcoming season, and have the ability to mix and mingle with New Rep artists. Additional entertainment includes: live music performed by Todd C. Gordon and backstage tours given every half hour by Paul D. Farwell, who will be featured in the first production of New Rep’s 09-10 Season, Mister Roberts, and will also be returning, for the fifth season, as Scrooge in Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol.
“I am excited about New Rep’s Open House,” states Kate Warner, New Rep’s Artistic Director. “The Open House is a great opportunity for me to personally meet and engage with New Rep’s patrons, members of the community, and individuals that are theatre enthusiasts.”
Ms. Warner continues, “New Rep’s Open House will offer our guests the chance to explore the magic of theater and learn more about my Inaugural Season and the organization itself.”
The Watertown Children’s Theatre and the Arsenal Center for the Arts will also be in attendance at the Open House to offer guests information about their organizations.
